How do we break racial barriers?

A multi-racial group of student activists at the college where I teach put together a video demystifying stereotypes and advocating for a more formalized diversity curriculum for first-year students. I was interviewed for the video, among other faculty and staff. However, the most compelling part of the video may be the simple, effective method of visual storytelling by the students themselves.
