This clip is from a show called Operacion Trunfo, that seems to be Spain’s version of American Idol. What I love is that the show has been following Chipper’s relationship with his boyfriend the whole season, and that the Spanish audience is so welcoming. Maybe I’m a little sentimental with all the breakthroughs in California of late. Still lagging behind the kind of openness on display in this Spanish TV show. Take a look for yourself:
